Chef Lauri Grizzle is warming our hearts with her cozy Southern Supper menu! You will not want to miss out on her secret recipes and learning her classic techniques during this four-course experience! Learn to make "Roasted Red Pepper Soup with Pimento Cheese" topped with delicious biscuit crackers.
The salad course will consist of a bed of arugula with "Quick Pickled Peaches", Vidalia onions, toasted pecans, and a ginger-mint vinaigrette.
For the main course, Chef Lauri is teaching us to make goat cheese fritters topped with grit-crusted chicken, drizzled with a honey-orange glaze! The main course will also be served with “Sage Encrusted Petite Potatoes” and “Bacon Wrapped Maple Glazed Carrots”.
Dessert will consist of her special spin on creme brûlée! A black tea infused creme brûlée with “Lemony Croissant Brittle”.
