Indian Street Food is a key part of Indian culture and is known for its bold flavors, fresh preparation, and authentic taste.
Chef Naina will teach us to make "Aloo Tikki Chole", a regional staple from Delhi that is comprised of a spiced potato patty, topped with a chickpea curry! We will also learn to make "Bhapa Doi", a famous steamed yogurt dessert stemming from the Bengal region in eastern India! Don't forget to select for an optional glass of wine when registering!
