Edible Wild Plants of Southern Appalachia – a lecture and photo presentation by Mark Warren Learn about the nutritious wild plants of our region, including native species and a couple that have been introduced (from other countries) that are now naturalized as part of our environment. Techniques for preparing foods will also be discussed. This will be a conversational program with information and or questions from the audience encouraged.
